The Marketing Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the marketing team, focusing on content preparation, basic updates, and coordination tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist with new product launches by gathering content, preparing basic multilingual materials (e.g., brochures, datasheets, web pages), and tracking timelines.
- Support product lifecycle marketing through updates to marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, and digital assets like presentations.
- Help maintain product image and video libraries by supporting photography sessions, filing assets, and ensuring technical accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for literature development, including proofreading, version checks, and integration of new translations.
- Assist with website administration by loading content, testing pages, and supporting routine updates.
- Support exhibitions and events through logistics tasks, such as preparing materials, exhibitor portal submissions, and off-site coordination.
