The Internal Sales Support Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the UK Sales team to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing sales documentation and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the Elcometer âSteps Of A Saleâ Process in all customer interactions.
- Process straightforward orders and elevate to the Internal Sales Executives, where required.
- Send email responses to re-order requests and elevate to Internal Sales Executives, where required.
- Follow up catalogue requests.
- Be responsible for internal administrative tasks.
- Add leads generated and web enquiries to CRM system, allocating them to the appropriate Internal Sales Executive.
- Manage the follow up process for re-certification after purchase.
- Send follow up âthank youâ emails, following receipt of ordered products.
- Provide holiday cover for the Internal Sales Executives.

- Experience within a pro-active sales environment.

- Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
