Role Description
An excellent opportunity for the right person to join our rapidly expanding company with real career progression and become one of our companies NICEIC qualifying supervisor. This is a full-time role for a Mobile Building Service Engineer Electrical QS located in North London and the surrounding areas.
The day-to-day tasks include maintaining building services, performing building maintenance, and electrical engineering activities within a wide portfolio of business and commercial parks, offices and educational facilities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP) schedules, addressing electrical service needs, troubleshooting issues, minor installations and repairs, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of building services.
Must have good communication and written skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to assist other trades within our company.

Responsibilities
- Maintain building services and perform building maintenance for a wide portfolio of business and commercial properties (parks, offices, educational facilities).
- Ensure compliance with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) schedules.
- Address electrical service needs, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor installations and repairs.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of building services.
- Communicate effectively and document activities clearly.
- Assist other trades within the company as required.
Qualifications and skills
- Building Maintenance and Mechanical Electrical knowledge
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems; repair is an advantage
- Electrical engineering maintenance, repair and installation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site
- Experience in building systems engineering
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Full driving licence
- Level 3 electrical installation or equivalent
- 18th edition
- 2391-52 test and inspection or equivalent
