Elcella is a science driven wellness company built by two gut neuroscientists with more than fifteen years of research behind them. We work at the intersection of health, lifestyle and biotechnology. Our team is small, ambitious and highly collaborative. We work closely with our founders and scientists to shape the brand and drive it forward, across the UK and new international markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for designing, running and reporting on a structured consumer trial for Elcella. You will set up the study, alongside our COO and Co-founder, manage participant onboarding based on an exclusion/inclusion criteria, weekly or biweekly check-ins, data capture, compliance tracking, survey design, and the integrity of all metrics that will be gathered through this study. Much of that data is confidential and health-related so an understanding of that and how to keep data safe will be advantageous. You will translate the lived user experience into clean, usable insights for product, marketing and data representation as well as our clinical partners. This is a 6-month, full-time project role based in London with a minimum of 3 days in the office in central London.
