As our community grows, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, clarity, and confidence to every interaction and is passionate about helping people feel supported throughout their Elcella journey.
About the Role
This is a direct-to-consumer focused customer support role, with the potential to grow into other areas of customer service including customer success as the business continues to scale. You will be the main pre-and post-purchase point of contact for customers, managing communication across email, phone, online chat and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through their full Elcella journey, from initial onboarding and setup to ongoing engagement and progress tracking.
- Manage customer administration, including orders, subscriptions, returns, and updates to customer records.
- Proactively support customers to stay engaged and confident in their use of Elcella, helping to drive long-term retention.
- Act as a voice of the customer internally, working closely with marketing, product, and science teams.
