We are looking for a Marketing professional, ideally with around 3 - 5 years of experience to join our team. Experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical, health or wellness sectors is good but not essential, as we believe cultural fit is key. This role suits someone who enjoys thinking strategically but is also confident delivering hands‑on work across content, social, digital, community and partnerships.
You will manage high quality content across our organic and paid channels, support the development of our social voice, work closely with our digital agencies, and internally own our influencer and affiliate partnerships. You will be central to ensuring the brand shows up consistently and with integrity across all touch points and have a proven ability to turn storytelling into sales.

Elcella is a science‑driven wellness company built by two gut neuroscientists with more than fifteen years of research behind them. We work at the intersection of health, lifestyle and biotechnology. Our team is small, ambitious and highly collaborative. We work closely with our founders and scientists to shape the brand and drive it forward across the UK and new international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Content and Social Creation – execution and strategic development
- In‑house management of influencer, affiliate and community partnerships
- Liaise with marketing, digital, performance and PR agencies to ensure coherence between organic and paid activity
- Track performance, manage logistics, and report on outcomes
Ideal Background & Skillset
- Comfortable thinking and doing in a fast‑paced environment where ideas become action quickly
- Ideally around 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing
- Experience with e‑commerce and/or video editing skills is advantageous
- Experience of building a community online would also be highly desirable
- Hands‑on experience in content creation, social media or copywriting, or ideally both
- Understand how organic and paid channels work together and can help drive both
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage creators, agencies and internal stakeholders with ease
- Genuine interest in wellness, gut health or science‑backed brands
What We Offer
- A full‑time role – based in our central London office – typically with a 4 days in office, 1 day at home structure
