SECUTIX is the ticketing solution provider for several of the world's largest sports tournaments and live entertainment venues. Our world-leading platform is used by sports tournament operators, sport clubs, live entertainment businesses, festivals, and cities all over Europe. We are now expanding in the USA. Among our flagship projects are UEFA, the Stade de France, AJAX football club, the Opéra National de Paris, and Wimbledon.
We are looking for a qualified professional to join our FAN4LIFE team, whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing Platform, to deliver ticketing operations for high-visibility world-class events, and to foster the adoption of our solution. You will work on the FIFA World Cup 2026 and FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 ticketing projects and experience the ultimate thrill of seeing millions of spectators benefit from the results of your work. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-divisional internal teams across multiple geographies.
Mission and Responsibilities
- Acting as a principal Point of Contact for key Clients at a senior level throughout the life of the projects.
- Building excellent relationships with Clients and contributing to outstanding Client satisfaction.
- Planning and coordinating the deployment of the SECUTIX platform according to standard FAN4LIFE processes and tools.
- Delivering projects and tasks on-time, within scope, to quality and budget.
- Organizing business and technical workshops to understand Client needs and goals.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of business and technology services, on behalf of Clients.
- Planning and managing Client on-sale and event support, both on-site and remotely.
- Providing advisory services relating to ticketing sales and fulfilment strategies for major events.
- Meeting regularly with Clients to identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities.
- Leading a motivated team of 5, ensuring regular, structured internal team meetings are held, setting clear actions, goals, and targets for the team.
- Acquiring knowledge of SECUTIX technology to provide relevant advice to FAN4LIFE Clients.
- Some overnight travel to customer locations is to be expected on a monthly basis.
About your profile
Your Skills
- Deep project management experience, having led teams across multiple geographies.
- Proven track record of achievement and experience of leading very large Client projects with multiple stakeholders in ticketing, technology, and finance.
- Strong background in client and partner management.
- Excellent knowledge of the ticketing industry in the sports & tournament sector.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with Clients and Colleagues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable with high-pressure situations in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Previous experience of operating a ticketing platform, preferably SECUTIX S-360 and TIXNGO, is a plus.
- Graduate-level education.
- Fluency in English. Any other European language is a plus.
Your Work Experience
- Strong relevant experience in project management and the event industry.
- Management experience with SaaS products, mobile Apps, and associated hardware.
- Client-facing experience in an implementation environment.
- Sports Federation and IT industry experience is a plus.
