It enables us to deliver high quality and continuously improved ticketing operations for and with these organizations.
To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an Event Operations Manager to join our team in London, whose mission is to lead and deliver ticketing operations for high-visibility world-class events. The key purpose of this role is to add value beyond software to our client base, existing and new. An ability to understand the needs and commercial objectives of Sports Organisations is key and subsequently advise and deliver on how to support successful outcomes.
Main responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring clients receive seamless, high-quality ticketing operations and support.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable requirements for Services, Support, and Technical teams, and gathering event information.
- Assist the Operations Centre manager in planning, organizing, and executing ticketing operations for various events.
- Ensure Operational Excellence, monitoring service levels, resolving escalations, and implementing best practices.
- Drive client performance and sustainable revenue growth, optimizing platform usage, improving workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring clients achieve their revenue, attendance, and fan-experience goals.
- Support commercial growth, identifying upsell opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to contract renewals and expansions.
- Contribute to improving Services delivery processes and capabilities, strengthen team collaboration and performance, and uphold high standards of quality across all service interactions.
- Play a key role in updating and optimizing the Business Services catalog to deliver premium, profitable solutions to clients.

- Strong Experience in major events ticketing sales and delivery.

- Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project and risk management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a professional and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Willing and able to travel extensively to provide hands-on, on-site operational supervision.
- Fluent in English, French proficiency is a plus.
