Elburton Primary School is seeking a Mealtime Assistant to join the lunchtime team, to lead play and supervise the children during their lunchtime break. The role will include supporting children in the lunch hall, organising team games, providing first aid support and pastoral care to all pupils.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 11:55 - 13:10.
Positions available: 2 – one permanent, one temporary until 31 August 2027.
Candidate Requirements:
- Promote positive behaviour and safe active play in the playground environment.
- Supervise the dining hall, encouraging healthy eating, table manners and good hygiene.
- Work together with other school staff and the wider community to ensure that our mission is translated into action.
