We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Centre Operations Assistant to help deliver an exceptional experience. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business centre, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational excellence, safety, and compliance are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and customers.
  • Conduct professional and engaging centre viewings following company training and standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently, aiming to achieve first-contact resolution.
  • Identify and maximise opportunities to upsell services and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain exceptional centre standards and presentation at all times.
  • Carry out pre-event inspections of meeting rooms and show offices before bookings and customer visits.
  • Coordinate smooth customer move-ins, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Support the Centre Operations Manager in delivering operational excellence and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the successful operation of the centre.
