We are currently looking for a confident, professional, and personable FOH / Receptionist / Community Host to join a busy and welcoming workspace environment in Birmingham City Centre (B1). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and previous office or front-of-house experience who enjoys creating a positive first impression and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting visitors, clients, and members professionally
- Managing front desk and reception duties
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries
