Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in property, commercial operations and business leadership?

Blue Gem Holdings is offering an exciting opportunity for two ambitious graduates to join its Future Leaders Programme, designed to develop the next generation of commercial and property leaders.

This is not a traditional graduate scheme where you simply rotate between departments. Over 12 months, you will gain hands‑on experience across the entire business, working directly with clients, landlords, brokers and senior leadership.

About the Programme

You will gain exposure to:

Property & Operations: Learn how premium serviced office buildings operate and deliver exceptional client experiences. Commercial & Sales: Develop commercial skills, manage enquiries and gain experience taking clients from initial enquiry through to move-in. Brokerage: Work alongside MyNewHQ, the company's own brokerage, and develop an understanding of the wider property market. Managed Offices: Gain experience with landlord relationships, pricing, proposals and client solutions. Property & Finance: Learn about leases, rent, service charges, building appraisals, financial modelling and investment returns. AI & Technology: Receive hands‑on training in AI tools and platforms used across the business. At the end of the 12-month programme, you will have the opportunity to choose a career path aligned with your strengths and the company's growth plans, with a clear route towards future leadership.

Suitable Degree Backgrounds

We welcome graduates from disciplines including:

Real Estate & Property Property Development & Planning Building & Quantity Surveying Land Management Urban Planning Business, Economics & Finance Candidates without a conventional property background are also encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate genuine interest and potential.

What We Offer
