A very successful and well-established Construction firm with offices across the South East is seeking an Administrator to join their team ASAP.
This is a solid, all-round administrative role, ideal for someone interested in a career in the construction industry.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 5:00pm (some flexibility available)
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Raising and processing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Using Sage
- Hiring and off-hiring plant and equipment
- Document control
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience within the construction industry (around a year is sufficient) would be great but is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident with data entry and admin systems
- Organised and reliable
