You’ll support daily operations across a busy multi-floor office, acting as a key point of contact for members, keeping the space running smoothly, and delivering great service with a smile. Expect a mix of facilities checks, meeting room coordination, events support, inductions, inbox management and occasional reception cover. What you’ll do:

  • Maintain high standards across the workspace
  • Liaise with cleaning/maintenance teams and complete floor checks
  • Manage meeting rooms and basic AV set-ups
  • Support events, inductions and member onboarding
  • Handle enquiries and shared inboxes
  • Assist with Health & Safety tasks and contractor coordination

  • Experience in operations, facilities or FOH
  • Friendly, hands-on and great with people
