The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching, developing, and elevating a high-performing on-site team. You will play a central role in driving operational excellence while fostering a supportive, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards across the workspace while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site staff including client-facing team members, cleaning teams, maintenance personnel, and external contractors
- Ensure balanced task allocation and seamless daily operations
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, set performance goals, and support development plans
- Lead and document daily team briefings
- Manage rotas, authorise leave, and monitor absences
- Step into the Centre Manager role when required
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality throughout the site
