A leading flexible workspace operator is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage a small front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently balance operations, sales, and team leadership.
The Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the centre, ensuring all members, visitors, and prospects experience a warm, professional, and well-maintained environment.
- Customer Service & Member Experience
- Build a strong sense of community within the centre
- Manage onboarding for new members (setup, invoicing, welcome process)
- Hold regular meetings with members to maintain satisfaction
- Lead by example to ensure exceptional client care
- Ensure all services are correctly costed and invoiced
- Sales & Occupancy
- Conduct high-quality viewings and ensure the centre is always show-ready
- Respond to all enquiries promptly, managing details accurately in the CRM
- Prepare proposals and Licence Agreements
- Engage actively with prospective clients to maximise occupancy
- Support yield uplifts and renewals to drive revenue
- Maintain awareness of local competitors and market conditions
- Attend local networking events as needed
- Operations & Facilities
- Oversee maintenance contracts and property works
- Log and track jobs, escalating when needed
- Maintain strong knowledge of IT & Telecoms systems
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and deadlines are met
- Protect security, access control, and asset safety
- Ensure the centre is consistently clean, professional, and well-presented
- Team Leadership
- Motivate and develop the team to meet business needs
- Budget & Financial Management
- Including renewals, negotiations, P&L and event budget.
About You
You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:
- Experience in sales, workspace management, serviced offices, or high-end hospitality in an assistant manager or higher-level role.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation, time-management, and administrative ability
- Confidence managing budgets, occupancy, and centre performance
- Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure
- Professionalism, reliability, and great communication
