An established flexible workspace provider is looking for a Centre Executive to support the day-to-day running and commercial performance of a busy centre based in Swallowfield and Brighton sites. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining operations, sales, and team supervision, ideal for someone from a serviced office, coworking, hospitality, events, or customer service management background.
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting revenue growth across coworking, meetings & events, and other non-office income streams. You'll act in a supervisory capacity to on-site support staff and be hands-on in ensuring the centre runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, driving satisfaction and retention
- Conduct professional tours and manage enquiries from first contact through to close
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular engagement and events
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Operations & Facilities
- Support the daily operation of the centre, including opening and closing
- Ensure health & safety standards and compliance are maintained
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facilities issues
- Commercial & KPI Support
- Support delivery of revenue and occupancy targets
- Drive fast cash revenue streams such as coworking and meetings & events
- Track and report on sales activity and KPIs
- Work with marketing on local campaigns to increase demand and visibility
- Team Supervision
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to on-site operations staff
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management
- Help ensure effective rota planning and coverage
About You
- Experience in a customer-facing, operational or supervisory role
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence around sales and targets
- Calm, organised, and able to prioritise in a busy environment
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Must be able to commute to Swallowfield and Brighton
