Temporary Front of House/ Community Associate - TUESDAY TO THURSDAYS 9AM - 6PM

Location: MK9, Milton Keynes

Contract: Temporary (Agency)

Rate: £16.00 per hour via umbrella

We are recruiting a temporary Front of House / Community Associate to support a premium, purpose-driven flexible workspace provider across multiple sites. This is a customer-facing role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments and enjoy delivering an outstanding member experience. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome while supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a friendly, professional front-of-house and reception service
  • Act as first and last point of contact for members and visitors, in person, by phone and email
  • Manage internal front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs, meeting room bookings and deliveries
  • Complete New Member move-in administration in line with SOPs
  • Support member onboarding, events and community engagement
  • Maintain high standards across reception, communal areas and meeting rooms
  • Handle all member and external enquiries in person, by phone and via email
  • Carry out daily walkthroughs and report maintenance or operational issues
  • Notify members of deliveries and communicate guest or tour arrivals internally
  • Support opening and closing procedures and general site operations
  • Overall Team Player cover lunch breaks, sickness and annual leave when required

Experience Required

  • Previous 5* front-of-house, reception or customer-facing experience essential
  • Background in hospitality, co-working, events, luxury retail or members clubs desirable
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems, email, calendar
  • Experience with CRM or booking systems beneficial
