A leading flexible workspace operator is recruiting an Assistant Customer Services Manager to support the smooth running of a busy, premium business centre. This is a hands-on operational role with team supervision responsibility, suited to someone who enjoys customer service, people management, and keeping a commercial environment running to a high standard.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will support daily centre operations, oversee front-of-house service delivery, and help manage the Customer Services team. You will ensure an excellent experience for clients and visitors while maintaining strong operational, administrative, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service across the centre
  • Supervise and support the Customer Services team on a daily basis
  • Handle client and visitor enquiries professionally
  • Ensure the centre, offices, and meeting rooms are maintained to high standards
  • Support client move-ins, move-outs, and associated administration
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, direct debits, and payment chasing
  • Lead daily briefings and support rota management
  • Conduct centre tours and support sales and renewals activity
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management
  • Ensure health & safety procedures and company standards are followed

About You

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing commercial environment
  • Experience supervising or supporting junior team members
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Confident using IT systems and office technology
  • Professional, calm, and people-focused
  • Experience within flexible workspace, serviced offices, hospitality, or property is highly desirable.
