Actinginasupervisorycapacityto Centre Operations Assistants, thisroleisdedicatedtoensuringanexceptionalcustomerexperience, seamlessday-to-dayoperations, andsuccessfulsalesinitiatives.
Workingcloselywiththe General Manager, the Centre Executiveplaysapivotalroleinthecentrescommercialperformanceandachievementofkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs), withastrongfocusonrevenuegenerationbeyondfixedofficespace.
