As the centre manager, you'll be the main point of contact for your clients (i.e. the tenants in the building who rent office space or use the co-working areas). Mainly these are innovative start-ups, with a focus on tech as this is one of the newest and most exciting hubs in the East of England and part of a University Campus.

You will be supported by and lead your small team, including a receptionist and an assistant manager. You'll deal with the day-to-day oversight of the building and keeping your clients happy, as well as handling sales enquiries, the P&L, budget, and team rotas.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced and contemporary environment with a mix of both flexible office space, co-working, and meeting rooms, specifically designed to meet the needs of the modern business and entrepreneur. A centrally located, flexible and inspirational business community.
