We are currently looking for a confident, professional, and personable FOH / Receptionist / Community Host to join a busy and welcoming workspace environment in Birmingham City Centre (B1). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and previous office or front-of-house experience who enjoys creating a positive first impression and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, clients, and members professionally
  • Managing front desk and reception duties
  • Answering calls and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting meeting room bookings and office coordination
  • Maintaining a welcoming and organised environment
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Previous reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Service office or flexible workspace experience would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability preferred
