We are excited to bring to the market this wonderful opportunity to join a leading operator of luxury office space as an Assistant Manager! This is a very successful business with a huge emphasis on team culture and great events. You'll be based in the City of London and excel in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key for this role:

  • Strong communication, able to build instant rapport.
  • Customer service skills to an excellent level - this must be face to face experience but we are open on industry.
  • Some supervisory experience in a customer service focussed role.
  • Are you a natural "people person"? Can you see yourself meeting and greeting clients, conducting tours of luxury offices and being the "go to" for a small team of reception staff?
  • Are you able to complete admin tasks such as rotas, sending invoices to clients, and booking meeting rooms?
  • We are looking for curious and people-oriented candidates with the ability to engage customers and ask questions with ease.
