Our client, an award-winning financial solutions company, offers a wide range of professional and financial services to individuals and companies.

Within their Group is the \’Group Risk & Healthcare\’ division that helps employers and employees make the most of their Company Benefits which include \’Life Insurance\’, \’Private Health Insurance\’, \’Critical Illness Insurance\’ and \’dental insurance\’.

To succeed in the “Senior Employee Benefits Administrator” role, you will have prior experience in this commercially focused position as a tri-skilled Senior Administrator looking for your next step within a Healthcare Insurance product provider. You should be very familiar with these products and either be GR1 qualified or eager to pursue this qualification as part of your career development.

Market review exercises for \’Group Risk and Healthcare\’ policies:

  • Liaise with clients to gather relevant information around requirements, scheme updates, new members
  • Request terms from market & existing providers and upload to bespoke database
  • Analyse the market feedback
  • Produce regular Excel reports and make recommendations to clients – face to face or over the phone.
  • Instruct insurers to proceed – including relevant completion of forms etc.

Support clients with queries on their schemes or potential schemes:

  • Liaise with employers and scheme members to resolve queries efficiently
  • Keep updated on hot topics in the Group Risk & Healthcare sector.
  • Liaise with providers to ensure we have the most relevant information on their overall proposition.

Process annual accounts for scheme renewals:

  • Check and issue account statements to employers for payment

Pay: £38,300.00-£47,024.00 per year
