Italian & English speaking Accounts Payable
Full time office in Lympne, Kent
Working with a small team of 4 in the UK who are part of the Italian Head Office, the Accounts Payable clerk will be responsible for:
- Keeping on top of supplier payments
- Processing upwards of 20 invoices per month on Sage or Xero
- Checking with colleagues in the UK and Italy that the transport tariffs are correct
- Checking VAT is correct
- Intercompany invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
