We’re looking for a confident and proactive Reception & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy, customer-focused workspace. This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house responsibilities with operational support. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also ensuring the centre runs smoothly, safely, and in line with compliance standards.
The Role
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors
- Managing front-of-house, calls, and day-to-day enquiries
- Delivering viewings and supporting meeting room bookings
- Building strong relationships with customers and resolving queries efficiently
- Supporting smooth client move-ins and ongoing engagement
- Maintaining high presentation standards across the centre
- Supporting revenue capture and identifying upselling opportunities
- Preparing meeting rooms and office spaces to a high standard
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the centre
- Ensuring the centre operates safely and in line with policies and procedures
- Completing regular checks and resolving issues within set timeframes
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing works on-site
- Supporting compliance with GDPR, AML, and internal processes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents where required
About You
- You’ll be someone who enjoys being front-facing but is equally comfortable taking ownership behind the scenes.
- Previous customer service or reception experience (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
