Assistant Philanthropy & Partnerships Officer

Full Time – 35 Hours per Week

Salary: Up to £26,000 gross per annum depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the team in all fundraising areas, focusing on major donors, legacies, in‑memory giving, corporate and community fundraising.
  • Develop and grow income from legacies, major donors and corporates, and coordinate in‑memory giving.
  • Ensure community fundraising supporters have the tools and information required to raise funds for the Trust.
  • Organise events, provide administrative and data support, steward existing supporters, and conduct prospect research.

About you:

  • Confident communicator and enthusiastic team player with excellent people skills.
  • Capable of producing high‑quality work in a busy team and helping to grow income.
  • Experience in administration or a keen interest in developing a fundraising career.

We value hybrid working arrangements. The role is based at our office in Curdridge, with a flexible pattern of work that suits the candidate and the Trust. Traditional office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with an hour lunch break. Full home working is not offered for this role.
