My client is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join their growing multidisciplinary design team in Liverpool. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment delivering projects at every stage, from concept through to construction, working closely with structural and civil engineers, and liaising with architectural practices to produce fully integrated solutions across a diverse portfolio.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural modelling and technical detailing using BIM processes. You’ll contribute to projects spanning residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design outputs using BIM software (primarily Revit) in line with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards
- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and reports compliant with relevant regulations and project briefs
- Support the development and implementation of BIM standards and QA procedures
- Translate manufacturer and proprietary details into coordinated models and drawings
- Attend site visits to review construction compliance (e.g. reinforcement, foundations)
- Assist in project planning through accurate assessment of modelling and detailing requirements
