US Bank are excited to announce we are looking for a Data Analyst Apprentice to join our European HR team. As an Apprentice, you will divide your time between studying for a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship while working alongside the HR team. This role is your opportunity to develop key analytical skills, understand our HR data infrastructure, and support our team in making data-driven decisions. You will actively support the wider HR team transforming, interpreting, and presenting data and will make a meaningful contribution to our business from day one.

Who we’re looking for:
The ideal apprentice will have the eagerness to learn data, the ability to learn how to translate information into actionable insights and willingness to work collaboratively across multiple HR teams and key stakeholders.
Basic qualifications:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points
- GCSE Maths & English 4 or above
Preferred A-levels:
- Maths
- Business
- Economics
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel. Available to start Oct 2025.
Please note that this is an apprenticeship position and therefore anyone with more than six months professional experience working as a data analyst/HR or who holds a degree or Master’s degree in a subject such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Maths, HR or equivalent will not be eligible.
Location: London Old Broad Street
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Duration: 18 months
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract
