Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive pricing strategy and profitability across our European markets. This role requires strong business judgment, ownership, and rigorous statistical analysis. You will be responsible for designing and executing pricing strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to test, refine, and implement new pricing approaches that improve customer portfolio performance.
- Lead strategic pricing initiatives across Europe, partnering with Product, Go-to-Market, and Commercial teams.
- Develop and enhance customer segmentation models and profitability targets using clustering, predictive analytics, and behavioural data.
- Define data requirements and collaborate on design and development of a new pricing engine.
- Analyse customer segments to identify pricing optimisation opportunities and support consistent strategic pricing decisions.
- Deliver actionable insights using advanced statistical and econometric modelling.
- Contribute to the evolution of the customer lifetime value framework.
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Sales, Product, and Finance to align pricing with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
Skills & experience required:
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field with solid understanding of econometrics, statistics, and data analysis.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy and profitability analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and knowledge of either Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to understanding customer behaviour.
- Proven leadership experience.
Additional information
The role offers a hybrid schedule with an expectation of at least 3 or more days per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely on the other days. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
