Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Base + Performance Bonus

Your mission will be to lead and scale our performance marketing and backend optimization strategies. You'll be responsible for building & optimising ALL growth driving levers in our D2C business, including but not limited to:

  • Improving website CVR/AOV through landing page & offer tests
  • Overseeing ad creative production for Meta
  • Maximising customer LTV with subscription/retention optimisations
  • Developing and scaling profitable acquisition channels
  • Implementing effective email and SMS strategies

Location: Kennington

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day marketing functions across multiple channels, with a focus on our Meta advertising campaigns
  • Collaborating with influencers on paid campaigns and coordinating mass seeding initiatives
  • Working with content creators to develop UGC scripts and create compelling ad content
  • Building and testing new landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Writing and optimizing ad copy based on performance data
  • Conducting A/B tests on different CRO elements to enhance website performance
  • Developing and testing new marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition
  • Monitoring competitor marketing strategies and identifying opportunities for Elavate

Additional Functions:

  • Supporting the Growth team by providing insights on campaign performance and customer behavior
  • Identifying opportunities to expand Elavate's reach through new marketing channels and audience segments
  • Building and maintaining organized libraries of marketing assets and performance data
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company scales

Success Metrics:

  • Contributing to CPA & Volume targets across marketing initiatives
  • Improving conversion rates through CRO testing and optimization
  • Identifying new growth opportunities that deliver positive ROI

Core Skills:

  • Strong digital marketing fundamentals across multiple channels (especially Meta)
  • Basic copywriting ability for ads and landing pages
  • Understanding of ecommerce conversion principles and customer journey optimization
  • Data analysis skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies
  • Project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills when working with influencers, creators, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce or DTC environment
  • Experience managing influencer relationships and UGC campaigns is highly desirable
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • Proficiency with basic design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus
  • A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus
