Role: Creating high-converting, direct response video ads to help Elavatehit our Meta new customer acquisition targets.

You\’ll be the creative engine behind our video advertising, taking scripts and creative briefs from our strategists and turning them into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused video content.

Location: Remote or In-Office (London)

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Edit high-converting direct response video ads primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Transform raw UGC footage and B-roll into compelling 2-5 minutevideo ads that drive conversions
  • Create multiple variations of winning video concepts by editing different hooks, bodies, and CTAs from the same raw footage
  • Execute rapid iteration cycles – producing 10+ video variations per week, of winning concepts,to feed our testing pipeline
  • Follow proven direct response editing frameworks that have generated millions in revenue for D2C brands
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to bring written scripts and creative briefs to life through visual storytelling
  • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA)
  • Work with AI voiceovers, stock footage, and brand assets to create complete ad experiences
