The Role
We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist & UGC Coordinator to join our Growth team. This is a hybrid role where you'll be the quality control layer between our creative agencies and what goes live, while also managing our network of UGC creators.
- Creative Review (50%)
- Review video ads produced by external agencies before they go live
- Check hooks are attention-grabbing and not overly clickbaity
- Ensure lead and body sections are properly edited and flow logically
- Flag technical issues: caption formatting, aspect ratios, audio sync, pacing problems
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to agency partners
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- UGC Coordination (50%)
- Source and reach out to new UGC creators
- Send briefs and ensure creators understand deliverables
- Book and coordinate shoot days
- Manage ongoing comms with our creator network
- Track content delivery and follow up on outstanding assets
- Build relationships with top-performing creators for repeat collaborations
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have a sharp eye for detail and can spot when something feels "off" in a video
- Understand what makes content scroll-stopping on Meta/TikTok
- Are highly organised and can juggle multiple creator relationships simultaneously
- Communicate clearly and professionally (you'll be the face of Elavate to our creators)
- Are proactive - you chase things down before they become problems
- Have genuine interest in DTC marketing, UGC content, or the wellness space
Experience Requirements
- Experience working with UGC creators or influencers
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid social advertising
- Good understanding of video editing (you don't need to edit, but it helps to speak the language)
- Ideally experience in health, beauty, or supplement brands
