We are looking for a reliable and motivated Engineering Warehouse Operative to join our growing team within the steel and alloys industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join an employee‑owned business offering long‑term stability, generous bonuses, strong benefits, and ongoing training. Shift Pattern

  • Days: 06:00 – 14:30 Monday to Friday
  • Afters: 13:00 – 23:00 Monday to Thursday

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.25 per hour
  • £27,560 annual salary
  • Generous company bonus schemes (shop floor employees received over £6,000 last year, with over half tax free)

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (33 days total)

Essential

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence/certificate
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

  • Good housekeeping and organisational standards
