We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Building Inspector to join a growing Building Control team, playing a key role in ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and built to high standards. In this role, you’ll carry out site inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and relevant legislation. You’ll work closely with architects, developers, and contractors, providing expert guidance and helping deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable projects. What we’re looking for:
- Professionally qualified (RICS, CABE or equivalent) or qualified by experience
