We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our well established and growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening high quality candidates.
- Liaising with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Building and maintaining strong, long lasting candidate relationships.
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with effective vacancy management.
- Managing and progressing candidate applications throughout the process.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date information across internal systems.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (agency or in house).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- Driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A people focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
