Parts Sales Advisor
Salary: £27,000 per annum | Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join an established and growing engineering business.
This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying and supplying parts, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parts enquiries via telephone and email.
- Identify the correct parts using catalogues and technical information.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Follow up quotations and maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support the wider Parts team.
About You
- Previous experience in a parts, sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Technical/engineering knowledge would be advantageous.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
