Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced General Operative to join our Chesterfield based client. The focus of this role is to complete all General Operative tasks to a high standard, by constantly challenging the status quo and be at the forefront of evolution, continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare. Duties: * Ensure area is prepared for start up to include correct labels and packaging. * Ensure quality guidelines are followed for all areas. * Work within the ethos and standards of the company. * Work in all areas of the factory. * Keep good housekeeping standards in all areas. * Keep up to date knowledge of all products. * Ensure waste is discarded in appropriate manner. * Follow work instructions in all areas. * Ensure you comply with Health & Safety regulations. * Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management. Requirements: * Customer focused attitude. * Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals. * Good eye for detail. * A willingness to learn and develop as the department expands and the ability to work on their own initiative is essential. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 21:45pm – 6:15am. Salary: £16.13 per hour including shift allowance + overtime. This is a Full time, Permanent position
