Extrusion Operative * Are you an experienced Extrusion Operative? * Do you want to work for a well established business? * Do you want career progression opportunities? If so, APPLY NOW! Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Extrusion Operative to join our well established client. Job Duties: * Set up and troubleshoot extrusion production lines to the required specifications. * Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. * Prepare and assemble components for machines. * Package products in line with customer operating procedures. * Perform general duties and cover as required within the department. * Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the designated work area. * Support production management to implement / execute the operations improvement. Requirements: * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting. * Familiarity with thermoplastic / extrusion. * A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks. * Understanding of safe systems of work and waste handling procedures. * Flexibility to adapt and support different areas of production as needed. Working hours: 4 on 4 off, alternating between day and night shifts (7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am). Starting salary: £38,516 Per Annum (including shift premium). This is a Full time, Permanent position
