Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Creator (L&D) to join our Training team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality e-learning content while also creating engaging digital materials for social media and our website.

Job Duties:

• Lead the design and development of innovative and interactive digital learning content.
• Use Articulate 360, Moodle, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, and other tools to create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly e-learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
• Stay up to date with learning technologies and instructional design best practices to enhance the effectiveness of training programmes.
• Develop teaser content for social media and websites to promote learning initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure that all digital learning materials align with accessibility and usability standards.
• Work proactively with the L&D team to drive continuous improvement in training content.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Learning & Development or creative marketing role.
• Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 and/or Moodle.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in designing accessible and user-centred e-learning materials.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
• Full-time, permanent position (Monday Friday, 37 hours per week, with a 4:30 pm finish on Fridays).
