We are looking for an organised and proactive
Operations Scheduler to join a busy production environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating stock, scheduling production and ensuring smooth communication between production, warehouse, operations and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production to meet customer demand.
- Manage stock levels, cycle counts and material requirements.
- Process orders and ensure materials are available within supplier lead times.
- Maintain accurate rolling production plans and production records.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to support on-time deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Monitor production figures and input relevant data into internal systems.
- Deal with invoice and delivery queries.
