The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Assembly Operative, you'll assemble premium fire doorsets to certified specifications, working from technical drawings and ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and finish fire doorsets to specification.
- Read and work from technical drawings.
- Prepare and machine timber and composite components.
- Fit ironmongery, locks, hinges and seals.
- Carry out quality checks throughout production.
- Maintain a safe, organised work area.
About You
You'll ideally have
- Experience in bench joinery, cabinet making, shopfitting, door or window manufacturing, or a similar assembly role.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Experience reading technical drawings.
- Fire door manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
