Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced HSE Officer to join our well established client.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental are adhered to.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Operations team to achieve site action plans.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators against targets and advise site team of appropriate/necessary actions required.
- Liaise with Site Management team in the implementation of sites environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc).
- Implement company policy at all times i.e. compliance with regulations and permits.
- Preparing and conducting health and safety related meetings.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and experience with changing cultures.
- Effective organisational, time management and administration skills.
- Problem solving and Internal audit skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Work under own initiative and be a good team player.
Salary: Competitive. This is a Full time, Permanent position.
