We’re looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead a team of around 10 employees across wrapping, machining and strip operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of night-shift performance, ensuring the team delivers against Health Safety, Quality, Production, OTD and OEE targets.
