We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of mechanical systems from concept through production. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring strong technical judgment, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight. Lead mechanical design projects from concept development through production release. Develop system architectures, detailed 3D models, and production drawings. Perform tolerance analysis, engineering calculations, DFMEA, and risk assessments. Drive prototype builds, testing, validation, and iterative design improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, firmware, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Contribute to design standards, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. ~6+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development. ~ Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, Fusion, or similar). ~ Experience with prototyping, validation testing, and production support. ~ Experience working with small or scaling teams is a bonus.
