We are seeking a Business Operations and Strategy Manager to help us redefine the physical and digital music industry. elasticStage is building the world’s first on-demand vinyl and CD platform, unlocking physical music for the Digital Creator era. By 2030, there will be over 250 million music creators globally, most locked out of physical formats due to high minimum runs and operational complexity. elasticStage solves this through patented on-demand vinyl and CD manufacturing technology, powering a free-to-use platform where creators can produce and sell physical releases worldwide with no upfront costs or minimum quantities.
As Business Operations and Strategy Manager, you will help define how a modern, AI-enabled company operates at scale. Working closely with leadership, you will build the processes, operating rhythms, automation and decision-making frameworks that support the next phase of growth. The role builds the structure, processes and practices that allow every area of the business to work efficiently towards a common direction.
You will own elasticStage's company-wide OKR system, the leadership operating cadence and business performance layer, internal communications, board and fundraising support, and a portfolio of cross‑functional AI enablement and automation projects. In this role, you will gain rare exposure to a high‑growth environment, serving as the operational engine, trusted advisor, and communication bridge across all levels of leadership. We value intellectual curiosity, a strong builder mindset and practical experimentation.
Responsibilities- Set up elasticStage’s operating model end‑to‑end in a future‑back, AI-native way, designing for how the company should run at 10x scale and building the processes, tools and infrastructure to get there.
- Design, launch and run the company‑wide OKR system (tools, processes, data infrastructure, ceremonies), targeting a Q3 2026 launch, then iterate.
- Own the leadership operating cadence: weekly leadership meeting, monthly business reviews, quarterly and annual planning, post‑mortems and decision logs.
- Define and maintain the KPI and financial tracking framework that sits alongside OKRs.
- Own internal communications: all‑hands content, leadership announcements, company narrative, change comms.
- Build the internal knowledge base across strategy and operations.
- Own board preparation and investor updates.
- Support our internal objectives around AI‑native workflows.
- Take on cross‑functional strategic projects without a natural owner as they come up.
- 5+ years of experience, including a strong foundation in top‑tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to run value creation projects end‑to‑end autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and run company‑wide operating processes.
- Comfort owning data and metrics infrastructure.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
- Demonstrates curiosity to increase technical leverage over time.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
- Strong communicator who can 'lead without authority' and mobilise stakeholders.
- Industry-Leading Salary Package.
- Flexible time off: 25 days of paid holiday, a paid birthday off, and remote‑friendly working.
- Comprehensive Pension Scheme.
- Cutting-Edge Tech Office Environment.
- Medical Insurance.
- Full training on our proprietary equipment alongside the core engineering team.
This role is onsite, based in our vibrant Kings Cross office, four days a week.
