We're looking for a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and grow product-led email programs that drive user acquisition, activation, adoption, and expansion. You'll translate product signals and user behavior into timely, relevant email experiences, and use data to continuously improve conversion and engagement across the funnel. This is a hands‑on role that spans strategy, content, and automation execution. You'll work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and regional marketing teams to deliver email programs that move the needle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end email program execution: audience sourcing, nurture flow design, automation, and triggered messaging.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize subject lines, messaging, timing, and conversion.
- Scale product‑led lifecycle programs across global regions and user segments.
- Write and edit compelling email copy for developer, technical, and business audiences — adapting tone and messaging to persona and lifecycle stage.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into clear, benefit‑driven messaging.
- Manage content review and approval workflows across Legal, Compliance, Product, and regional stakeholders.
- Maintain a modular content library to accelerate execution and support localization.
- Build and manage end‑to‑end automated nurture programs in Marketo, including smart campaigns, trigger‑based flows, segmentation, and engagement programs.
- Implement product telemetry‑ and behavior‑based triggers to activate timely messaging at key lifecycle moments.
- Ensure program architecture is scalable, well‑documented, and follows deliverability best practices.
- Drive measurable improvement in trial‑to‑paid conversion rate through targeted nurture programs.
- Build and optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and re‑engagement sequences.
- Develop localized nurture tracks to support global audiences across distinct use cases and personas.
- Maintain QA, deliverability standards, and compliance with global email regulations.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices that support repeatable, scalable execution.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of email marketing experience, with a strong track record in lifecycle marketing.
- 5+ years of hands‑on Marketo experience, including building complex nurture architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes: conversion rate improvement, pipeline influence, or engagement lift.
- Experience working in or alongside product‑led growth (PLG) motions.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for technical audiences without losing clarity.
- Comfort working with product telemetry data and behavioral signals to inform messaging strategy.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Collaborative by nature, with experience coordinating across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
