What is The Role: Elastic is looking for an exceptional individual to own and grow our Justice & Public Safety business across the UK. This is a strategic player-coach role, responsible for leading key relationships across the Ministry of Justice, Home Office, Policing, Fire & Rescue, and the wider Blue Light community. You'll drive strategic growth, build executive relationships, and help customers harness data, strengthen cyber resilience, and accelerate responsible AI adoption. What You Will Be Doing:
- Own the strategy and growth of Elastic's Justice & Public Safety business.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across government and Blue Light organisations.
- Lead complex strategic pursuits and expand Elastic's platform across Search, Security, Observability, and AI.
- Collaborate across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes.
- Develop customer and partner ecosystems while mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future of the business.
What You Bring:
- A strong track record of growing enterprise technology businesses.
- Experience selling into Justice, Public Safety, or Central Government.
