What is The Role

The Payroll Analyst, EMEA will be an integral member of the EMEA Payroll Team, directly supporting the Payroll Manager. This role will work closely with a variety of internal teams to support benefits, human resources, stock, and sales commissions processing for the EMEA region.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Multi-country payroll processing for EMEA
  • Checking EMEA payroll input & output files
  • Working with Elastic internal teams (HR, Commissions, Benefits, Legal, Stock)
  • Setting up bank payments (net salaries, tax, social security, pension)
  • Addressing Employee Payroll Questions (Via Ticketing system)
  • Tax/year end administration
  • Audit and reconciliation
  • Records maintenance and other administrative duties
  • Working directly with regional payroll providers

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid EMEA payroll processing experience with demonstrated skill set.
  • Self-motivated by opportunities to gain and expand knowledge
  • A keen understanding of payroll, tax, and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to balance and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to local and virtual employees
