We're eager to welcome an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, with a focus on Infrastructure Observability. With your knowledge and understanding of the Observability domain, you'll help ensure that we give our customers the best end to end full stack Observability experience for the infrastructure systems and services we monitor. This role significantly impacts the success of our Observability product!
What You Will Be Doing
- Defining and driving the roadmap for Infrastructure Observability, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy.
- Identifying gaps in end to end experience, defining and owning the roadmap to fill those gaps.
- Working closely across teams and across Orgs, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver on your roadmap to bring top notch experiences to our users.
- Working with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
- Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.
What You Bring
- Ideally 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
- Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
- Experience in monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications.
- Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Passion for industry trends, competitive landscape.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
- Knowledge of open-source software is optional but desired.
